Just wanted to sat thank you for yesterday. It was an amazing service and you did it beautifully and I love the little mamma phrase  too. It was exactly like her and and lots liked it too... Now that everything has finally settled down  and going back to normal I just wanted to send a message to say thank you on behalf of all the  family for the beautiful words you spoke for mam and also the way you delivered the service. Everybody has said that was the best funeral they have ever been to. You told stories which were true and honest and used the words which made us laugh and cry and know exactly who you were talking about. T was such a character and great man and you told us so many great memories. We will always miss him so much. Thank you so very much. You were definitely the right man for the job. Dear Paul, I just wanted to drop a deeply personal 'Thank You' on behalf of myself and all of the G family for all of your help and participation in our 'Happy Birthday Dad' service last week. We have received so many moving compliments for how beautiful and heart-felt the occasion was for everyone. It was just so....'right'. Thank you for your kindness and patience throughout the week. It really did help. Having a service and eulogy that so accurately captured Dad's life makes things easier to bear. By the way, I think you have another booking. One of the ladies was asking after you and said "He was really lovely. When I go I want him to do my service!!" Thanks again for everything from all of us. TG

Good evening Paul,

From the moment we met at dad's flat we all agreed we had the found the right person to lead dad's service.  Your friendly and compassionate manner came across instantly. You listened to our stories and encouraged us to share those memories, large and small, to give you a flavour of the great man we were proud to call our dad. 

When we received the transcript on Thursday, to say we were impressed is an understatement. You perfectly captured dad's life and character in a way we never anticipated would be possible of someone who had never met him.  A little bit naughty, sometimes a bit grumpy but always the proud family man and you expressed all of that with a lovely balance of fun and respect. For that we are truly grateful. 

Everyone who attended complimented you on delivering an excellent service.  It was very comforting to know you were only a call or email away if we needed your support or advice. Your number will be a permanent fixture in our contacts list now for friends and family to use in their time of need, knowing they will be safe in your guidance. 

We send you our sincere thanks once again and best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
